By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
What I Do / Don’t Draw
I Will Draw:⋆ Anthro characters⋆ SFW content⋆ Ferals⋆ All kinds of animals⋆ Insects⋆Nature / environmental backgroundsMight Draw (ask first):⋆ NSFW⋆ GoreWill Not Draw:⋆ Fetishes (you may ask to clarify)⋆ Anything that makes me uncomfortable or I don't feel confident drawing
Payment
⋆ Payment is accepted via Boosty, Hipolink, LavaTop, or EasyStart.
These platforms allow you to pay using PayPal or bank cards (virtual cards preferred).⋆ Refunds are not possible due to the nature of these payment services.⋆ Cryptocurrency payment is also possible — please ask me in advance.⋆ Payment must be made before I begin working, or after approval of the rough sketch (pose/composition stage).⋆ Partial payment is possible — please discuss this with me before I begin the work. This option is preferred over delayed full payment.
Process & Revisions
⋆ I will send WIPs (work-in-progress images) during the process for approval.⋆ If a stage is approved and later the client wants to change it, I may refuse or request an extra fee.⋆ If I make a mistake or forget to show a stage, I will fix it for free.⋆ If the client does not know what they want, or gives too many vague revisions, extra fees will apply.⋆ If the client provides no references or clear direction, they cannot expect unlimited revisions.
I will not guess through the entire commission for free.
Deadlines
⋆ Each deadline is discussed individually.⋆ Deadlines depend on my availability and the complexity of the piece.⋆ For tight deadlines, I may ask for a rush fee or decline the order.
Copyright & Usage
⋆ I retain all rights to the artwork.⋆ The commission is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are discussed and paid for separately.
Communication
⋆ Please write in simple and clear English — it is not my native language.⋆ Be polite. Rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to cancel the commission if this happens.
Additional Notes
⋆ I may post the artwork on my social media or portfolio unless we agree otherwise.⋆ You may repost the art with credit and without editing it (cropping for icons/banners is fine).⋆ Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to these terms.
